Jukebox Friday - Rock.
Back in college I knew this kid named Joel who could absolutely blow your mind with his guitar playing skillz.
It is nice to see he is in a great band now with great vocals and great rock music.
I wish him all the best!!!!
Myspace page is HERE
I think you should go take a listen if you like a Nickelback / rock sound

Hands in Pockets
This is one of my favorite songs to hear in the morning.
(I love her guitar work in this live version, too.)
Laura Gibson, Hands in Pockets
Up with the sunrise you'll be staring
Out through the window of the day
I'll be another waking shadow
Cast on the covers of your bed
Give me another waking moment
Shine against the solemn grate
Tell me the seasons is almost over
I can wait
So goes another winter slowy
Hands in the pockets of my coat
You'll be first to spin your story
I'll be the last to let you go
Tell me you always go before me
Out along the solemn grate
Tell me the season is almost over
I can wait
When in day light leaves you staring
Out in another under tow
I'll be tired conversation
I'll be waiting, get home
Tell me you always go before me
Out along the solemn grate
Tell me the season is almost over
I can wait I can wait I can wait

And 1 and 2 and 3...
I'm not sure about the rest of the general population, but my mother had loads of 80s aerobic/exercise records and videos. One of the favorite records I remember doing with her (back as a kid excercise was FUN! Ha!) featured this song. See? I can love a song simply for the fact that it reminds me of a 1980's aerobic excercise record.
